A few weeks ago Barb took a 911 call from a very upset elderly lady whos husband had passed out on the kitchen table. Barb kept calm and managed to obtain information needed to get the proper help sent. It is hard to explain in a few lines what all this means when trying to get the needed information from someone crying and so upset they were not much help. Barb handled the call with lots of compassion and grace yet did what needed to be done to get the help sent to the scene. Atta Girl to Barb and Pat Pat on the Back.
